Housing price

Are they all correct?

-Housing price in California is increasing. (=prices in general, no THE or plural for PRICE)
-The housing price in California is increasing. (=generic THE, not referring to the price of a particular house)
-Housing prices in California is increasing.(This means the same as the first one, almost no difference in meaning)

Do you agree with my opinions?
