Hi guys!I'm just not sure if the last sentence is a metaphor or should be taken literally.There are two guys, a singer and a music producer, and the singer played his song (on a tape) to a producer called Jimmy. Then he started explaining to Jimmy about House music, this new dance movement that was taking off at the time. Jimmy heard the tape and said: You're banging on about House music? That's house music! You write a song like that, you get to live in a house like this!--- Now, I'm wondering if he's saying that if the singer will keep writing the same songs he will live in the same house as that producer or maybe it's some metaphor, connected with the phrase "House music"?What do you think?

Without really understanding it all, I'd say the producer was saying "This type of song will earn you a lot of money so you can live in a nice house like mine."
