My boyfriend was convicted of writing bad checks for very small amounts, he has done his jail time, paid all the resitution, community service.. etc all he has left is 90 house arrest. He has been waiting for months to get this over with. Is it possible to write the Judge a letter and ask for the house arrest to be dropped? He is in a small town in OHIO, and was told the waiting list is long Any advice ? Thank You
