Hourly (basis)

I'm trying to say that the app is precise to an hour and 30 minutes. How would you say this l?

The weather app shows the forecast hourly (basis) from 8 to 9 , 9 to 10 and not every 30 minutes from 8 to 8:30, 8:30 to 9 etc

Is it correct to say : Precise to an hour?

Thanks

It doesn't sound to me like it's a case of "precise to an hour". No.

Time (the hour) is the independent variable; the dependent variables are temperature, wind speed, etc.
