Hi,

You'd normally just ask

Is the heater on?

The heater's on, isn't it?

hi,clive

Why I have got this question because I was watching a video and saw the lady was posing and touching
a heater in her room .That's made me wonder how to ask a question if the heater is heat enough to burn
her!

Hi,
IS NOT THE HEATER ON HEAT?

So which mean the above sentence is wrong?
Yes, it's wrong.
However, you could say Isn't the heater on 'heat' ? This means specifically 'Is the heater switch turned to the 'on' position?'

Best wishes, Clive
