Hotel Report - Plase help

Hello, I`ve just finished my hotel report. It's the first time I have done sth like that, so I need your support and guidence on that matter. I need to know if its readable or not:(. I would be greatfull if someone checked the punctuation, which has always been one of my greatest problems in writting. I would also like to know what do you think of the last sentence in Recommendation paragraph, is there any way to make it better without changing the meaning?

Introduction

The aim of this report is to assess the Mirage Hotel in XXX. The data was collected from newspaper reports and reviews on the internet. The report contains information about prices, service and equipment.



Prices

As far as accommodation is concerned, prices are determined by season due to constantly changing heating costs. For that reason during winter time the hotel charges 95$ for a day in a single room, whereas during summer time that price decreases to 75$. Moreover, hotel breakfasts cost either 15 $ or 80 $ for a whole week if one makes a single payment in advance. In addition, sport facilities in the hotel charge 10$ for a single entry.



Service

The staff working at the Mirage Hotel is considered by many reviewers to be the most professional in the whole region of northern Poland. In other words, receptionists are always amiable and ready to provide support if needed. Furthermore, every maid has finished a special maid school in order to provide a professional service. Additionally, each employee speaks English, including cleaners.



Equipment

In terms of equipment the Mirage Hotel obtained 4 points out of 5 in the latest ranking table. Apart from standard equipment, each room has a TV set, internet access and lavatory with shower. Moreover, the hotel has its own swimming pool on the first floor. What is more, there is also a well-equipped gym in the basement, which offers a variety of fitness classes.



Recommendation

In conclusion, the Mirage Hotel has low prices considering its standards and highly trained staff. In addition, it has facilities that are typical for sports centers. That is why I find the Mirage Hotel to be the best choice for one who needs a place to stay for some time and relax for a reasonable price.
