Hot babe v. Hot baby

Hot babe v. Hot baby

I'd like to know some expressions that mean "sexy woman."

I've always thought the latter has something to do with pedophilia.

I've always thought 'baby' would be used when speaking to the person referred to as 'hot,' as in

"You're hot, baby."

Tell me if I'm wrong.

Correct. 'Babe' is usually used to describe an attractive person, so you can say "a hot babe". 'Baby' is a term of endearment, so you would use it directly to a person.
