Hostel

Describing a hostel:

It's an adequate place to stay, but it's not a hostel, and personally I don't think it should be listed as one on the website.

Please proofread sentence.

Thanks!

Is there a difference if I use:

It's an adequate place to stay, but it's not a hostel, and personally I don't think it should've been listed as one on the website.

Those are both good grammar and their intent is the same (though the first one could also apply to a future listing).
