Vocabulary

Hospitalwide or hospital-wide

How do you decide on spelling for constructed words?
For instance, for a new policy affecting everybody in the hospital, is it a) hospitalwide, b) hospital-wide, or c) hospital wide? I've encountered both a) and b) in various articles.
