In today’s society, a person who has excellent working performance and decent clothing would be hired priority. Some people think your working ability is the most essential, others may argue that your dress represents who you are. In my opinion, the importance of working quality is much more important than your clothes.

It is said that ‘do not judge a person by his or her appearances.’ A person’s working ability cannot be defined by his or her attirement, and this ability can truly bring rich profits to the company. For example, almost all the employees who work in the accounting firm wear the same and easy clothes, just shirts and suits, but they still make a big fortune because of their hard work, professional working experiences and ability. In this case, how you wear and what you wear are not a crucial factor, actually.

However, it is undeniable that if you wear suitable and decent would improve the image of a company, even attract more customers. While this issue can be solved easily by a company which rule out the attirement on their employees or teach them how to wear. Through these efforts, it is unnecessary to worry about the clothes anymore.

In conclusion, a business success consists of many different factors, I believe that the working ability is the key factor to make a company become bigger and have good development in the future.
