Hope all your goals are achieved vs will be achieved

ex:

a) Hope all your goals for 2012 are achieved.
b) Hope all your goals for 2012 will be achieved.

Both sounds right grammatically, but A) is the norm, right?

Thanks in advance.

They are both so common that I don't think you can call either one more normal than the other. To be honest, I think I like b) better. CJ
