Honorific - capital or not?

Salam,

Do you capitalise honorific even in the middle of sentences?

Example: Why, little Miss, why did you do it?

Now, dear Sir, I want you to listen.

No, Sister, don't do this.


In all the above, they appear in the middle of the sentence - so do we capitalise them?
