Honesty/sincerity

Hi
- I was trying to say something like: "Are you questioning my HONESTY/SINCERITY?" (meaning that I'm not telling the truth). Which is better in a not too formal contest? My guess would be that "sincerity" is the formal version, but only because I hear it less frequently.
- How do you express the condition of a cat being unable to get down from a tree? I thought of: "He's STUCK on the tree", but I wouldn't want to imply that he has a leg stuck between two branches, for ex. Maybe there is a more "precise" way of saying it.
Thank you.

Thank you. Ok so btw it's "stuck IN a tree". Yes, I can see it has more results on Google than "on a tree".
