Homphone of the word KEY is...

Hello!
I'm from Croatia and have been learning English for several years. I was practising homophones and was surprised not to know a homophone of the word "key".
Can somebody help me?

There is the word "cay." We say we vacationed in the Florida cays (pronounced KEYS), meaning the islands off the Florida coast. I understand the coast of Croatia also has many islands.
