Homework

I'm learning english. I don't know if I should put it here or where, but could somebody check my homework? I'm not sure I wrote it very well... please tell me all mistakes that you see. here it is:

How to make an omelette

Ingredients:
2-3 eggs
milk or water
butter
stuffings (depend what you like): cheese, ham, onions, salt, pepper, mushrooms, bacon, chicken, sausages

Procedures:
1. Break the eggs and put them into a bowl.
2. Mash the eggs.
3. Put your stuffings ingredients together in another bowl and mix them.
4. Put a spoon of butter on a frying pan, wait for it to melt and then add mashed eggs. Add also a splash of milk or water.
5. When there is no liquid in the eggs, your omelette is ready. Lift it onto your plate.
6. Add stuffings at the middle of an omelette and roll it.
