Hi, I have the next homework:
Write a review of a book you read. What was it about? Did you like it? Why or why not? The word count for this task is about 50 words
That's what I've written:
Did you ask yourself a question about how soldiers' lives were affected after the brutal, bloody First World War? What did a person feel? One of my beloved books that I've read recently called "Three Comrades" gives you the Erich Maria Remarque's character perspective on that subject. The reason why I love this book that much is because I am fascinated by the way the author describes the dark reality of the post-war period of time.
The story goes in the single person by the main character Robert Lohkamp, a veteran of the First World War, that happened to have two best friends he shared his experience with.
Thanks in advance, as always! ![]()
