Home in bed

Hi teachers~

I am wondering if it sounds wrong if I say "I am in bed at home." instead of "I am home in bed."

I also heard "They are home in the yard." There seems to be some rules about this.

What would you say if I say "They are in the yard at home?"

Thanks in advance~~
