Home, house, or place

Hi everyone

Which of the following is correct (or more common)?

1) Do you want to come to my home after work?

2) Do you want to com to my house after work?

3) Do you want to come to my place after work?

I'd always go for the 3rd one, or probably the 2nd one. But is it wrong to say the 1st one?

Thanks a lot!

#1 is not idiomatic but not wrong either. # 2 and 3 are most common.

Hi,

Note that a house is a specific type of home/place.

An apartment, for example, is a home or a place but it is not a house.
