Hello,

I go home or I go to house , is there a difference ?

If I say

I go to my home
I am at home

are these wrong?

House is a particular type of structure or dwelling.  

In the U.S. you will hear people say:

I am going home.

I am going to my house.

I am going to their house.

I am going to their home.

so i can say " I m going to my home " for example while leaving the office

If your are going to your own home, you do not need the adjective "my"

I am going home - it is understood that you are referring to your home.

So "I'm going home".  You can say "I'm going to my home", but normally you will hear the former.
