Holland

Hello
I wrote this poem in which I want make sense "more to the south then Holland" like the place that I am talking about is possitioned more south (geographically) then the country of Holland,
any advices welome.
More south then Holland
... that's where I need all new licences to be made,
in order to start proven bussines.
this is a serious proposal.
Anyone from the strong market is invited.
Me and my land are more south then Holland
