This is grammatical, but it is also very harsh and direct. There is no "please." It might be taken as your being rude or demanding. Are you sure you want to make you

In the natural English speaking world, there is no such thing as a 3-month holiday. What you are asking is called "leave of absence" which is normally granted only with reasonable justification on case by case basis for most companies. Also, as A-Star has already commented, it sounded like a demand more than a request.
