Hi, I would like you to help me with a holiday request letter to my manager for a longer period. This letter will be past on to HR so I don't want to make it wrong, so please help me out.

Hi Spencer, i would like request some time off in july from the 7th until the 15th. I also need the 5th and 6th of May off as i have a family trip booked. Please let me know if i can take this time off. Thanks, Maria.
