I can hold up your secret until you don't ask of me your money.

I stuck the papers in the book but I think they(papers) will hold up only for a few days.

I really don't know what you mean to say here, but I don't think "hold up" is what you want. What will happen to the papers after a few days? Will they fall out of the book? Will they disintegrate? What are you trying to say?

I meant I glued them into the book. What is the difference between "I inserted...:" and "I glued...."?
