hold on / hold up ?

1. sometimes when all the people get into the elevator and it almost go up / down, what should i yell if i want them to wait for me to catch up, ~~~hold on ? hold up ? hold it ?
2. can i use hold on / hold up instead of one sec when someone knock the door
