Hit at the wall, ceiling fan hit at his head

The doorway height is too small for me to enter and sometimes when I forgot to duck I hit/strike at it.
The hut is too small for him to stand. Ceiling fan will hit at his head if he stand straight/erectedly.
With frustration, he stroke his forehead to the wall repeatedly until blood started breeding.

Please correct my sentences.
