Historic site seeing vs historical sightseeing

Hi,

I am not sure if historic site seeing and historical sightseeing are used interchangeably?

or does one refer to something larger than the other?

What is meant, I suppose, is sightseeing at historical sites. This would call for 'historical site sightseeing'.
