his job

Dear

Would you please check the sentences?

He is still not satisfied with current job that give reasonable wages and position compared to his ability.
If I were him, I could be pleased with the jobs. I am sure that he will one day be in trouble in his company if he can't change his attitude with the job.

Thank you
