His government/ministry was the most corrupted one.

Dear all,

Could you please tell me whether the following sentences are correct? If incorrect, please help me to write them naturally.

1) His government/ministry was the most corrupted one. (I'm not sure whether the word 'corrupted' can be used this way.)

2) I convinced them to make it one hour earlier.

Suppose I came back from a tour at 1 P.M. Now it is 4 P.M. But still, I feel tired. In this context, could you please tell me which of the sentences are correct?

1) I am tired because I was travelling for eight hours.

2) I am tired because I have been travelling for eight hours.

3) I am tired because I have travelled for eight hours.

3) I am tired because I travelled for eight hours.
