hiphenation

Hi,
i read up on hiphenation rules and think that

"eye-hand coordination" and
"both-hand coordination"

are correctly hiphenated, though i often see it written differently, i.e. "both hand coordination" or "eye hand coordination" or even with hiphens between all three words.

Can someone tell me for sure what's right and why?
