hindrance-get

1. Am I thinking in the right direction here?

Hindrance use of "get"":

He couldn't get his key in the door.

2. Is get is good in a context where the arm-lifting is difficult, for instance if the subject is injured or holding a heavy object?

Eventually, he raised/lifted/got his arm up.

3. Can these imply hindrance?

He got bomb into the building.
