Him vs. himself vs. he getting

A. My son told me about the possibility of him getting expelled.

B. My son told me about the possibility of himself getting expelled.

C. My son told me about the possibility of he getting expelled.

1. Which of the above sentences are possible?

2. Which is most natural if two or more are correct?

I guess A is the best answer. I googled similar examples and it looks like A is the correct answer. Not sure, though. Please help.
