Higher up (how to express this?)

How would you naturally say these sentences please?
- May I speak to someone higher ranking.
- May I speak to someone more senior. (sounds off)
- May I speak to someone higher up.

1 It's impossible to speak to anyone higher up the ranks /ranking. / this high up the ranks.

2 She's higher up than him. She's already a chef and he's in school to become one.

Thanks
