Hi.
Is this correct? "High-tech and new technologies"
I think 'tech' is redundant. Is that right?

"High-tech" is an adjective and we have "and" and then "technologies". If we omit "and" and "new" we'll have "high-tech technologies". Is this OK?

I think high-tech technologies is technically correct but you would do better to say "high-tech capabilities"

"high-tech technologies" is awkward. I think the rephrasing would be context-dependent.

In that case, I think it was probably intended as I interpreted, with "high-tech" as one noun phrase, and "new technologies" as another.
