High school english books/short stories, etc.

Hi. I've been trying to find the names of some textbooks I read while I was in high school, because I've been wanting to look up some of the short stories I read and loved from them, but I don't recall the titles of the short stories OR the authors' names. Anyone here in high school and want to give me some names of the textbooks you use for English class?

One story I remember in particular had the word "heart" in the title. Like, "my bad heart" or "my rhuematic heart" or "my weak heart", or something like that, and was abouta little girl and her younger friend who was a boy, and a summer camp they went to... does this ring a bell for anyone?
