high possibility?

My English-Japanese dictionary says that it's wrong to use "high and possibility" as in the following sentence: There is a high possibility that~.
It suggests that I should use "strong" instead. But I've seen some examples of this usage before. Do you think I should use the latter collocation (strong-possibility) on the safe side?
