high political drama

hey, guys:

What does "high political drama" mean? I've found "political drama" on wiki, but it gives a TV drama definition. And this is about the recent 700-billion-dollar bailout in the US.

Thanks

A drama does not have to be on TV or on the stage; it can also be a dramatic situation in real life (if you consider politics 'real life'). High drama is very dramatic.
