High paid jobs or high paying jobs

Hi everyone. I am confused about two phrases: high paid jobs or high paying jobs. which one is correct?

In some cases, people use "art-based courses" instead of " art-basing courses". But in some situations, people use "English speaking club" not "English spoken club".

Thank you so much.

Best wishes to everyone.
