high level to operation level

How do I say "in a company, from high level such as CEO to operation level such as clerk"? For example:

In Kiwi Auto Parts Ltd, from high level to operations level, different roles include CEO, Financial/HR Manager, Marketing Manager, are involved in information systems.

I think "from senior level to operations level" is an improvement. The structure of the sentence as a whole is incorrect. Changing "include" to "including" would fix the main structural problem.
