Would you say that both these sentences are correct grammar?

She has high blood pressure.
She has a high blood pressure.

Thanks, Clive -- but doesn't "a high blood pressure" sound odd to your ears if you never hear that?

Am I to understand that even though it is correct, it is not natural?
