Hi!! toeveryone that is really speak english so fuently

can you help me on my problem that how to be fluent in english so faster and easiest way it is so very important to me to speak fluenty cause i need it to help me a find a stable job especially in communication!!!! i want you to help me in this kind of matter that i dont realy know how to be a good speaker!! please help.. i consider as a great help fromallthose who help in this problem!! thanks a lot and more power!! from shiezcy in the philippines!!!
