This leads to an increasing variety of goods for customers to choose from, either the change is in the color, shape, or function of the product. Let us take detergent as a glaring example. Many advertisements on washing powder of different brands mention the diversity of aroma that suits customers’ needs. Without the information in these adverts, buyers would not know about the choices they have when shopping for detergent.
