Hi there, Do you add "s" or "ed" to a question sentence

HI there, I was wondering do you add "s" to the following word because of third person singular or "ed" to the following question sentence? please correct if I am wrong and tell me why? thank you very much

Did you know he likes me? or Did you know he tell me something about you? or Did you know he told me something about you?
