Hi Teachers, Is there something wrong structurely?

Is there something wrong structurely here?

1. I don't treat people differently according to their rank in the company. I treat people at the bottom of the ladder the same as people at the top.

2. Our subsidiary firm is already using the new program.

3. The subway lines take you around the city, trains take you longer distances further out of the city.
