Nowadays cultures of different countries are becoming more similar than they used to be.

What are the reason? Is it a positive or a negative development? Give your own opinion and examples.

It is true that humans are commonly exposed to diversified cultures. The concept of cultural integration are becoming more popular to everybody because of a range of reasons, which, in my opinion, is a beneficial trend for the mankind.

Cultural integration is much more popular than the past due to the increased ease of transportation and the influx of better means of communication. Since commuting is more convenient and more affordable, this facilitates people to travel whenever and wherever they like. Additionally, thanks for the development of the technology, which provides us with the flexibility and convenience for communication. Just with a smartphone or television, we can interact and communicate with everyone around the world. As a result , we can approach to culture from another country in a simple way.

In my opinion, this is a positive way to facilitate either individual or society to develop well. For example, the benefits includes that it increases the interpersonal skills of the employees. As people belonging to various cultures work together therefore, they understand the views of different people. It increases the teamwork skills in the people. This, allows an organization to offer a broader and more adaptable range of products and services, too. Furthermore, when citizens of each countries seize the opportunity to get deeper insight into culture of their neighborhoods, which make them more absorbable, penetrated and so on, make a more beautiful world.

In conclusion, cultural diversity seems to be more common for everybody, and I believe that would benefits us in different ways.
