Hi teacher

This the first time that I visit your site and I find it amazing.
What should we call the teacher of the university? Can I say 'Hi master'?

Thanks for your answering.

Any teacher at the university? Or the president of the university?

In Britain, I believe you say "Good morning, headmaster", but wait for someone British to answer if that's what you want because that doesn't sound exactly right to my ear. I don't know if universities have headmasters there

It's possible that some members of the teaching staff mat still address the headmaster in that way in some independent schools, but it's not common.

We normally address people by name and academic degree/position or military rank, job designation:

Good morning Mr/Ms/Dr/Professor
