Please Find attached the.. or Please find the attached......

Which one of the above sentences is correct to use in the e-mail.

Please find the attached...... Begin a sentence with a capitalized word. I do not use "please find" in an email with an attachment.

Begin a sentence with a capitalized word.

I do not use "please find" in an email with an attachment. I just say something like this

The document you requested is attached.
Please look at the pictures attached to this message.
