Hi, please check if this is correct. Thank you

The ASEC 2016 event will start in March 2016, however, the contract will be issued in July 2015 and will expire in May 2016. Similarly, the APEX 2017 event will commence in March 2017, however, the contract will be issued to the contractor in July 2015 and will expire on May 2017.
