Hi please anyone can help me in writing unpaid leave request while i am on holiday leave

Dear sir/madam



I am on holiday leave for 4 weeks i would like to stay two weeks more and the reason is my father has been hospitals therefore i would like to be with him in this difficult time

I hope you will understand my situation and grand me requested leave
