Hi. Please answer this?

Two girls do some catching up after not having seen each other for a week. One of the girls tells the other girl a thing that she has done since they saw each other last week. The other girl then asks: What else has happened? Not much?

She's basically asking: What else have you doing? (...besides the thing she has just told about)

Is the underlined correct and natural to mean that?
