Hi make to correct my sentence

0 i will be completed in dioplma in computer science during three years and then i want going study in USA at RIT college.this college is tutions fees rs 15 lakhs. but my father wont be able paying towads tutuions fees.i think that my father will never pay me a tutions fees. i will try to get loans for bank by abroadstudyloans.my father will accept about it. 0-
